   Who We Are

   Easy Way is a web design studio founded and managed by Dan Parker. We design custom websites and Shopify stores for businesses. You can reach us at any time at the email at the bottom of this page.

2. 02

   Services & Pricing

   Shopify Store Design — $299. Includes custom store design, responsive mobile design, homepage, product pages, collections, navigation and a conversion-focused layout.

   Not included unless agreed in writing: your Shopify subscription, paid themes or apps, payment processing fees, domain costs, product photography, copywriting, and ongoing maintenance.

   Custom Website — from $499. Final pricing depends on the scope and requirements of the project and is confirmed with you before work starts.

   Easy Way provides the design service. Shopify is a separate third-party platform; Easy Way is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, and Shopify does not provide this service.

   $100 Email Discount

   Signing up to our email list gives $100 off eligible website design services — Custom Website Design and Shopify Store Design (for example, $299 → $199, or from $499 → from $399). Full conditions are in the offer terms.

4. 04

   Payments & Refunds

   Payments are non-refundable once work on the website has started. Full details are in the Refund & Ownership Policy.

   Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. 05

   Client Content

   You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any images, videos, logos, product information, fonts, text or other copyrighted materials you give us.

   Easy Way does not claim ownership of your content. See the Intellectual Property Policy.

6. 06

   Third-Party Services

   Websites may run on third-party platforms that Easy Way does not control. See Third-Party Services.

7. 07

   Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Way is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from the use of a website or a third-party platform.

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Way's total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

   Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

   Using This Website

   Information on this website is provided for general purposes. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.
